Refund policy

I know you will enjoy your candle and I know they are made well. Occasionally, I make a mistake and it is not caught, or the postal service damages a candle.. in this case, email me @ roughcutcandleco@gmail.com or find me on twitter @thefarmerhayden or Instagram @haydenscandles with several pictures of the package, contents, packaging, damages and a story of what you have seen. If it was not your fault the candle was broken, I do not want you to suffer from someone else being negligent.
